Powiat nadal na gospodarstwie

MALBORK. Nie udała się piąta próba sprzedaży gospodarstwa rolnego położonego w okolicach Nowego Stawu. Władze powiatu chciały pozbyć się całej nieruchomości: gruntów, budynków gospodarczych, sprzętu rolniczego a nawet zwierząt.

To miał byś sposób na podreperowanie finansów powiatu, bo ostatnia cena wywoławcza wynosiła 10 mln zł. Nadzieje były wielkie, zwłaszcza że zgłosiły się dwie firmy zainteresowane gospodarstwem, jednak ostatecznie nikt nie przystąpił do przetargu, który miał odbyć się w miniony czwartek.
Starosta nie wykluczał zaproszenia potencjalnych inwestorów do negocjacji. Jednak ostateczny los majątku leży w rękach Rady Powiatu.
