Jak informuj  Komenda Powiatowa Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Tczewie o 18.26 strażacy otrzymali zgłoszenie o wypadku na A1 na 42 km kierunek na Łódź na wysokości Rombarku w gminie Pelplin. Sytuacja jest bardzo poważna.

- W wyniku wypadku droga została całkowicie zablokowana - informuje mł. Kpt. Konrad Majewski, z-ca rzecznika prasowego KP PSP w Tczewi. - Łącznie 4 pojazdy:  3 ciężarowe i bus. Dwa samochody ciężarowe uległy pożarowi (płon) Zadysponowaliśmy łączni  10 zastępów jednostek straży pożarnej. Na miejscu pracuje obecnie kilka ZRM. Trwa ustalanie ilości poszkodowanych.
